Thing #19
I investigated the Map award winners for this "thing." Google Maps is unbelievable - you actually drive down the street to your destinations. All of the sites have certain advantages and specialties. They're fun to play with. Kids would have a blast finding where they live and exploring the city, country, or all around the world for that matter.

Yes, students love finding their homes! I love finding mine! One of the players says she uses it to go back to her trip of a lifetime to England and Ireland. I hadn't thought of that so I was glad she shared!
